ABOUT ME

Chloe Anderson, B.A., MACP., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I’m Chloe (She/Her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario. As we grow, we experience different ‘eras’ in our lives, some fulfilling and others challenging. These phases shape who we become. If you’re facing a difficult time, know that you’re not alone, and that you don’t have to navigate these feelings on your own.

My previous experience in Social Services involves providing comprehensive support and advocacy, focusing on restoring dignity and accessing unique resources. I worked closely with clients to address immediate needs, while also guiding them through long-term plans to better their situation and mental well-being. This experience honed my skills in trauma-informed care and deepened my understanding of the complex barriers faced by marginalized communities and I am continuing to partake in building new skills through continuous training as a therapist and in life.

I focus on addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, relationship challenges, and general life concerns. I’m eager to join you on a journey to explore your feelings, thoughts, and mindset, delving deeper to support your growth and help you overcome obstacles.

When I am not in my therapist role, I am spending time outside in nature enjoying campfires, cottaging, and playing volleyball. Spending time connecting with family and friends and exploring the world. I am always looking for new ways to partake in self-care activities!

MY APPROACH

Collaborative, Comfortable, Authentic.

Drawing from my own life experiences, I offer a unique therapeutic approach that prioritizes your comfort and ensures you feel genuinely heard in each session. I focus on creating a safe, secure environment and fostering collaboration. By minimizing the formality of structured sessions, I aim to create a conversational atmosphere where you can be authentically yourself and allow for you to take control of your journey.

As your therapist, I welcome you into each session just as you are—whether you’re feeling chatty, reflective, or facing an unexpected issue. Whatever your needs, let’s discuss and work through them together.

At Eras Therapy and Wellness we are not just tackling surface level issues, we are diving deep. Uncomfortable feelings may arise but rest assured, I will be here to guide you through those heavy moments and celebrate with you on the other side.
