EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a form of psychotherapy with proven success is helping you process trauma and become desensitized (less triggered) in every day life. It is rooted in extensive research that demonstrates that using Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) as well as theraputic techniques to work through traumas provides effective results. Though EMDR was originally created to help individuals with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), EMDR has been found to be very effected in treating a multitude of issues.
