ABOUT ME

Kyla Morgan, MSW, RSW, & Therapist

Hi, I'm Kyla (She/her). I'm an Ontario based Masters level Registered Social Worker and therapist. I get it - life is not always easy and you don't have to navigate it alone. 

​

If you are tired of always feeling on edge. Like your anxious thoughts are always spiralling and life has become overwhelming. Or maybe you feel that you've lost the joy in life and you are just going through the motions. I am here to help. I understand how these issues can deeply impact your daily life, relationships and overall sense of wellbeing. I want to help you feel less stressed, less depressed and more in charge of your own life.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family and relationship issues and more.​ My priority is for you to feel that you have a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space where we can work together to process difficult emotions, heal from our past and develop practical strategies for healing and growth.

When I'm not at Eras Therapy and Wellness I can be found spending time with my family and dog, going on hikes, camping and exploring the beautiful world we live in.

MY APPROACH

As a therapist I always ensure that I am bringing authenticity and empathy to our sessions. It is important to me that you feel like you have an ally who is going on this journey with you, not a robot.

I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and am always staying up to date on the latest trainings and modalities, using evidence-based modalities in all of my work. My practice is anti-oppressive, strength-based and solution focused and with my priority is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings and experiences on your journey towards healing and health.

I will work collaboratively with you to develop strategies and tools that empower you to overcome obstacles and lead a fulfilling life. Your well-being is my priority, and I am committed to helping you every step of the way.
