ABOUT ME
Rachel Brennan, B.Sc., M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Trauma Treatment Professional & Youth Mental Health Specialist
Hi, I'm Rachel (She/her). I'm an Ontario based Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and proud owner of Eras Therapy and Wellness. I get it - life can throw us some unexpected twists and it is not always easy to navigate its' ups and downs. My own journey in life has brought me to this path of helping others find their own resilience and strength.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adhd, self-esteem + body image issues, trauma and more. I'd love to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, break free from what is holding you back, and create a more confident you.

Embarking on the journey of self-discovery and mental wellness is a brave step and I'm here as a professional and ally to walk beside you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression or simply feeling "stuck" we'll work together to reach your therapeutic goals.

When I'm not at Eras Therapy and Wellness I can be found spending time with my rescue dogs or traveling the world and going on new adventures.
MY APPROACH

As a therapist I value authenticity and vulnerability and make sure that I am also bringing that to all our sessions. It is important to me that you feel like you are working with a human, not a robot. We can laugh together, maybe shed a tear together, and yes, cursing is allowed, all to get you towards your goal of becoming the best and fullest version of yourself.

Coming from a scientific and research background, I am always up to date on the latest in psychological techniques and studies. I keep my approaches modern and my first priority is to create a non-judgemental and safe space for you to speak freely about what is on your mind.
At Eras Therapy and Wellness we are not just tackling surface level issues, we are diving deep. I specialize in various therapeutic approaches to help you with the tools that you need for sustainable healing. I like to use a collaborative approach with clients and it is important to me that you feel like you are in control of your own journey.
